Registration Terms & Conditions

Early registrations will be accepted until Tuesday, November 27, 2018 | 5:00 PM PT

  • Should your registration remain unpaid by November 28, 2018: Early registrations will be upgraded to the Late registration fee
  • New registrations from November 28, 2018 to  February 6, 2019 will have the Late registration fee applied
  • New registrations from February 7-9, 2019 & onsite registrations will have the Onsite rate applied

Payment Conditions 

All payments are to be made in American Dollars (USD) upon receipt of the invoice.
No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until MCI Group has received full registration fee payment.
After January 10, 2019, only payments by credit card will be accepted.

As a registered attendee of the Innovative NanoMedicine Conference (INMC) 2019, you agree:

  • to grant permission to INMC 2019 and MCI Group to use your likeness in a photograph or video in all its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. 
  • to authorize INMC 2019 and MCI Group to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing INMC 2019 programs or for any other lawful purpose. 
  • to waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wher in your likeness appears. 
  • that these materials will become the property of INMC 2019 and MCI Group. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • Cancellations received up to an including 5:00 PM PT, November 1, 2018 will receive a refund minus a USD $50 administration fee
  • Cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT, November 1, 2018 - 5:00 PM PT January 2, 2019 will receive a 50% refund minus USD $50 administration fee 
  • Cancellations received after 5:00 PM PT, January 2, 2019 and no-shows are non-refundable 
  • All refunds confirmed by the Secretariat will be made after the Conference by the same payment method used during Conference Registration 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat email: registration@nano-innovate.com 

Changes/Modifications/Nam Substitution 

  • An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Conference. Name changes should be requested via the Conference Secretariat. Please note that paid fees will not be transferred from one participant to another
  • Any changes requiring assistance from the Conference Secretariat is subject to a USD $50.00 plus tax administrative fee 

Re-Verification or Reprocessing of a Credit Card

  • Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a USD $50.00 administrative fee

Badge Reprinting

  • If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of USD $50.00 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identify verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).

Insurance and Liability 

It is recommended that participants obtain adequate coverage for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their residences. INMC 2019 and MCI Group, as organizers, will not accept responsibility for health episodes, personal injuries, or loss of/ damage to private property belonging to the Conference participants and accompanying persons.

INMC 2019, MCI Group and Hilton Americas Houston are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, strikes, lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties' control which prevents the venue from accommodating MCI Group’s clients for the event or if, for the same reasons, the event is cancelled by MCI Group. No expense for travel delays or additional costs incurred because of the above conditions will be made by MCI Group or INMC 2019.

The Organisers may, at their entire discretion, repay the delegate fee or service charge paid by the Delegate or Exhibitor, or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay the whole or part of such mentioned fees or service charge, and shall be under no liability to the Delegate or Exhibitor in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever, which may be brought against, suffered or incurred by the Delegate or Exhibitor as the result of the happening of any such event.

Force Majeure

MCI Group and the Conference venue are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, an act caused by a third party, such as Acts of God including, without limitation, credible threats of natural disaster in the geographic vicinity of the Conference venue, war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism or similar acts, governmental travel advisory, a governmental elevation of the terrorism alert level, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause comparable events or disaster beyond the parties' control which prevents the Conference venue from accommodating MCI Group’s clients for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by MCI Group.
